In November 2020, an international group of mentors took part in training and testing (C2) meetings organized as part of the Bridging the Gap project: new mentoring methods for young creative entrepreneurs in Europe. Participants focused, among others, on digital communication tools and their application in mentoring practice in the creative sector, analysis of the developed training materials and analysis, co-creation and development of an innovative training program developed within the project.
Various work methodologies were used at the meetings, including barcamp and design thinking, working in small groups to find creative solutions to the problems related to generating publicly available and attractive educational content, which would also support the professional development of artists and representatives of the creative sector, especially creative ones startups and by playing different roles, they tested the use of training materials in mentoring practice in the creative sector. For this purpose they used, inter alia, developed training platform.
At the last meeting, which took place on November 24, 2020, the attention was focused on the analysis, co-creation and development of an innovative training program developed as part of the Bridging the Gap project: new mentoring methods for young creative entrepreneurs in Europe. The participants focused on self-reflection on the process of learning through experience (action learning, learning by doing). in creating the User Experience Compendium (IO5) educational tool. The ARTeria Foundation is the leader of this stage of project work.
In the next step, the partnership will adapt the curriculum and teaching materials to ensure the possibility of further peer review with PRD groups in each country.
