On 15-17 November 2023, the ALEX project partners met for the second live project consortium meeting, this time in Alicante, Spain.
The status of the project and deadlines for the next activities were discussed, and the focus was also on the results already developed or those currently being worked on, in particular good practices and a guide on the use of digital tools, as well as lesson plans and chatbot interactions. There was also a discussion about the graphic materials that ARTeria prepares, which are an important element of the training content created. An important part of the discussion was an analysis of the social media used by young people and by educators in each country of the partnership in order to reach as many users as possible with the chatbot. The partners also agreed that, due to the development of the technology, it would be worth waiting to test the chatbot and postpone this activity until July-October next year. The next project steps including the development of user manuals were also discussed.
