From 6–9 October 2025, Poznań hosted the “Echoes of Erasmus+” seminar, bringing together beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ Programme. The event focused on effective dissemination of the results of Key Action 2 (KA2) projects and on exchanging experiences among organisations implementing international projects.
One of the highlights of the programme was the original workshop “(Co-)Creating. (Co-)Operating. (Co-)Participating”, led by Anna Ochmann, President of the ARTeria Foundation. The workshop took the form of an educational escape room, combining game-based learning with collaborative activities and the exchange of good practices.
Working through a series of challenges and using specially designed materials, participants explored together how to disseminate Erasmus+ project results more effectively so that they reach wider audiences and create lasting impact. The workshop provided a space for sharing experiences, discussing practical approaches, and drawing inspiration from successful dissemination strategies implemented by organisations from across Poland.
The seminar also encouraged reflection on the idea that the success of Erasmus+ projects does not end with the completion of project activities. Rather, it also depends on how project results are shared, further developed, and taken up by new communities and stakeholders.
For the ARTeria Foundation, participation in the seminar was another opportunity to share its experience in designing educational processes, applying participatory methods, and promoting the effective dissemination of international project results.
