P4CA – joint Staff training in Matera, Italy

Dariusz Bieniek and Oliwia Manka represented ARTeria Foundation during Joint Staff Training organised under P4CA (Partnership for Creative Apprenticeships) project from 11th to 13th April 2022 in Matera, Italy.

The main objective of the three day session was to test and review learning content and materials generated so far and to create new content where there are remaining identified gaps. The session provided an intensive final review by an experienced group of Creative Apprenticeship Coaches of the completed learning and PRD process and how effectively this is reflected and captured in the learning content and toolkit. This staff training event concluded the piloting of the IO3 Toolkit with a workshop and full review of what has been produced and it included a workshop concluding the production of the IO5 Good Practice Guide. In relation to IO6, the event contributed to the process of building a portfolio for CLOCK accreditation and for peer-to-peer review and mentoring, providing the opportunity for face to face assessment/validation and feedback on the practical application of the methodology that they have been putting into practice – closing the circle in the testing phase with a process of reflective learning and looking forward to dissemination and exploitation of the project results.

The host organisation, Materahub, organised a study visit in the Campus Unibas and Comincenter to explore and discuss the practical links between project and this creative hub.
