An international project in which partners from Poland, France, Belgium, and Italy work together to develop innovative educational approaches based on cultural mediation, helping young people discover cultural heritage as a space for dialogue, collaboration, and active participation in society. The project supports the development of civic, digital, communication, and leadership competences, demonstrating that culture can become a powerful tool for building more open, inclusive, and engaged communities.
The project delivers a comprehensive set of free educational resources, including an online course, a training programme, practical tools for educators and youth workers, cultural mediation activity scenarios, guides to good practice, and materials supporting the development of participants’ own social and cultural initiatives. Participants learn how to use storytelling, local heritage, and digital tools to design engaging activities for their communities. By combining cultural education with innovative learning methods, Mediate Your Future! promotes intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, and meaningful participation in culture, providing practical resources that can be used by organisations, cultural institutions, and educators across Europe.
