Anna Ochmann, president of ARTeria Foundation, took part in the conference “Flipping Perspectives Maximizing Exchange” organised 16th of March. This participatory event gathered main stakeholder of the Cultural and Creative Sectors from EU and national policy-makers such as the European Commission, European Parliament, OMC group members, researchers, representatives of networks, experts, Voice of Culture process participants and cultural and creative professionals. They all met in the vibrant and spacious LaVallée Creative Hub, which is a workspace designed for creative freelancers located in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean (Brussels). The conference aspired to tackle several questions: How do resilient CCS ecosystems address future societal and economic transformations?; What are appropriate options to “bounce forward” in view of post-pandemic experience and beyond?; What is needed to ensure the rights of artists and cultural workers, fair working conditions and to involve their voice?
