About
An international project, which aimed to develop a mentoring-training programme, whose goal is to support women – artists and representatives of creative fields, in expanding their portfolios and activity, especially in the context of internationalisation. Carried out by partners from 5 countries (Poland, Italy, Spain, Great Britain and Belgium). An important element of the project was also working on raising the ruling bodies’ awareness of gender inequality in the cultural and creative sectors.
