An international project in which partners from six countries (Poland, Belgium, Greece, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands) work together to support young people in developing the competences needed to build careers in the cultural and creative sectors. The project uses gamification and educational escape rooms as innovative learning tools to foster creativity, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and social skills. Together with young participants, the partners will design, test, and refine educational escape room scenarios that provide an engaging, hands-on approach to learning and skills development. The project aims to empower young talents, strengthen their creative potential, and encourage them to develop their own initiatives and entrepreneurial ideas while contributing to a more open, sustainable, and socially engaged cultural sector across Europe.
