On 22nd of June 2021, ARTeria participated in the first transnational meeting with partners from DiOtherCity project. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting was held online.
All of the partnership’s organizations took part in the meeting: mulab (Italy), CEPS (Spain), Citizens In Power (Cyprus), Les Apprimeurs (France), Logopsycom (Belgium) and ARTeria Foundation (Poland).
After the short presentations of each organization and the short introduction to the project, we’ve focused on the first project’s job, which is to create a training course with 5 modules and 4 related toolboxes for people who would like to design their city tour and develop the following key competences: literacy, digital and technology-based, interpersonal skills and the ability to adopt new competences, active citizenship, entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression, and multilingualism.
The aim of DiOtherCity project is to to develop and test an educational programme for adults, mostly concentrated on representatives of the cultural and creative sectors, that would like to get to know practical uses of digital platforms, in order to create innovative cultural experiences in their cities, especially in the outskirts of major urban centres.
