This report is a summary of discussions that took place during the conference “Culture and Policies of Change” held in Brussels on 6-7 September 2010. It is a document containing: various presentations, papers, workshop abstracts and an overall summary of the issues and broad conclusions of the conference. The event was held in the framework of CultureWatchEurope, a platform initiated by the Council of Europe to monitor and assess cultural trends across Europe.
