Creative Skills Week 2025 in Prague with ARTeria

Creative Skills Week 2025 – Prague It was an intense and inspiring week (22–26 October 2025), filled with discussions, workshops, networking and… even a silent disco with projects’ presentation! Leaders of the cultural and creative sector, artists, representatives of creative industries, politicians and academic experts from all over Europe met at the Prague Congress Centre. We discussed what skills will be key to the future of culture and the creative sector.

A few highlights:

CYANOTYPES Training – practical training for educators and creators, delivered in the form of scenarios and in the context of real challenges of the future.

Digital Transformation in the AI Era – a session with Anna Ochmann (ARTeria Foundation) and Miriam D’Arrigo (EC, DG CNECT), Yoryos Styl (Culture for Change), moderated by Barbara Ravelli (ELIA).

Together, we considered:

  • What challenges does the rapid development of artificial intelligence bring?

  • What skills will enable us to cope with the changes?

  • What does education look like in the AI era?

  • What does AI ACT mean for artists and creators?

It was also a great opportunity to talk a little about our AI4CREATIVITY and YOURAI projects.

Green Transition & Micro-credentials – important topics related to the activities of the ARTeria Foundation, including the GreenCCIrcle project.

Projects Marketplace – 21 innovative ideas in the form of dynamic pitches, from AI ethics to new models of hybrid learning.

Thematic sessions – from ‘The Future of Craft’ to ‘Transformational Entrepreneurial Skills’.

This year’s slogan, ‘Create. Transform. Regenerate’, was present in every discussion – from education and skills development to building resilient and sustainable creative ecosystems. It was a week that proved that the future of culture and the creative sectors depends on collaboration, openness and the courage to experiment.
