On 4 February 2026, representatives of the ARTeria Foundation participated in the Transferability Conference in Stuttgart, an international event dedicated to the future of skills, sustainable development, and the effective transfer of project results into social, economic, and educational practice. The conference brought together representatives of public institutions, non-governmental organisations, academia, the cultural and creative sectors, businesses, European networks, and EU-funded projects.
The conference programme focused on future skills, knowledge transfer between education, business, and civil society, and strategies for ensuring the long-term impact of European projects. Participants explored how project outcomes can be effectively translated into practical solutions supporting Europe’s green, digital, and creative transformation.
The ARTeria Foundation was represented by Anna Ochmann, President of the Foundation, and Wenancjusz Ochmann, Vice President. Anna Ochmann participated as a speaker in the panel discussion “Emerging Skills for Green, Digital & Creative Futures”, which explored the competences that will be essential in the years ahead. The discussion addressed topics including green skills, digital competences and AI literacy, interdisciplinary creativity, and the role of education and culture in supporting sustainable development.
At the same time, Wenancjusz Ochmann presented the ARTeria Foundation’s projects, including GreenCCIrcle, AI4CREATIVITY, and YOUR.AI, demonstrating how they combine creativity, digital technologies, and sustainability to address the evolving needs of the cultural and creative sectors. One of the highlights of the conference was the “8 Projects – 8 Skill Pathways” fire-pitching session, during which Giulia Fornari from Materahub presented GreenCCIrcle as an example of a successful initiative for developing green skills and supporting the transformation of Europe’s creative sector.
The conference provided an excellent platform for exchanging experience, showcasing good practices, and building new partnerships among organisations working at the intersection of education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and culture. It highlighted that ensuring the long-term sustainability of project results and effectively transferring knowledge to end users are among the key challenges of European cooperation, while skills development remains a cornerstone of Europe’s green, digital, and social transformation.
