A project, which constituted a response to the European crisis’ problems. Its goal was to support the ‘Creative Europe’ programme in achieving its goals, in the context of ‘Europe 2020’ strategy. The project’s actions were concentrated on strengthening the subjects working in the cultural sector, developing stronger relations with the audience and communities, as well as finding new cost-effective business models, especially during the digital era. Culture Action Europe (CAE) was the leader of the project – it is an international network, functioning as an advocate of the cultural sector on a European level, the ARTeria Foundation has been its member since 2010.
